Atlantic Electric Vehicles is locally owned and operated and specializes in new and used electric street legal LSV's.  We offer the STAR, TOMBERLIN and BINTELLI line up of new electric vehicles ranging from two passenger LSV style cars to fourteen passenger buses.   We are the only authorized factory Bintelli EV, Star and Tomberlin dealer in Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area.  

There seems to be a lot of misinformation out there in reference to what is street legal.  We would like to clear up any questions you have about if a "golf cart" can be made street legal, what makes it street legal, etc.  Virginia has specific requirements pertaining to LSV's.  Not in Virginia, no problem, just give us a call and we will do the research if necessary.
